During Our Session:

You can expect one on one attention for everyone in the shoot. My goal is to provide you with a wide variety of shots to choose from that best showcase your personality. During our shoot, I want you to have fun and be your self. Talk, laugh and enjoy being there! Candid shots are some the best image you have and the ones you will cherish the most!

After Our Session:

I will have your gallery available for viewing no later than 3 weeks after our session. The gallery will be available for viewing for 1 week. You will have your own URL to your gallery that you can share with who ever you'd like and can download your images straight from this gallery. Your gallery will be enabled with a shopping cart feature to purchase prints, however additional print purchases are not required.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Should I Wear?

A question I get a lot is "what should we wear?" And why shouldn't you ask! After all these will be cherish memories and you'd like to look good in them, especially when you hang that canvas on your living room wall. I think the most important thing I can say when picking an outfit is BE YOURSELF! It is easy to go to all white or all of another color (and there is nothing wrong with that if you go that route) but you want to take a step back and make sure your outfit reflects who you are. Do you wear a lot of jewelery? Do you like scarves? You are a hat person? I have taken the time to put together a Pinterest board to give you an idea of color schemes that work well together and you can always reach out if you need advice.

I recently ran across this BLOG article on the Mpix blog and wanted to add it to this sheet as it has some fantastic info! And always feel free to reach out to me with questions! Heck, if we can work it out we can even go shopping together!

Do I really need to sign a contract?

A contract is required because it protects you just as much as it protects me. It gives you the time and date of your session, when you can expect your gallery to be ready, ordering information, # of images to expect and some other important information. It defined the relationship between you and I and helping everyone understand the expectations of the session.

Can I book my session and pay the deposit later?

Deposits are required to secure session dates. Session dates and times will only be held for up to 3 days without a deposit. After the 3 day grace period, the date and time become available again and may be booked by another party.

I heard your camera clicking hundreds of photos, will I get every one of
them?

No. I take multiple photos to ensure I don’t miss the shot due to a client blinking, a
passerby in the distance etc. For this reason I only choose the best of those images and
put them in your gallery.

S  hould I expect to receive a photo from every pose we did?

No. Sometimes a pose does not work out the way we intended it to and therefore not all
poses will be provided. It is my job to provide high quality images rather than providing
quantity.

Can I use my own editing programs to make my images fun?

Editing the image in any way violates copyright laws. This is something that is strictly enforced. This includes but is not limited to changing an image to black and white, selective colorization, adding instagram filters or changing the crop.

What if it rains or I need to cancel?

Weather plays a large roll in a photographers life. Should the weather not cooperate with our session date and time you will be given the option to reschedule your session with no penalty. If a reschedule is not possible, you will be given a refund of your deposit. Please note weather cancellations are at the discretion of Erin Elizabeth Photography ONLY.  If you need to cancel your session for personal reasons, please do so at least 7 days prior to the session date. Failure to give 7 days notice of a cancellation will result in an additional $75 non-refundable deposit when re-booking our shoot time.
